Frank and his crew are amazing ! They just finished my roof. And are on their way to renovate my bathroom this week 🙂 I bought a fixer upper home and he has been so helpful during a stressful time. He is professional and personable. He’s honest and trustworthy. Not to mention affordable! Frank explains everything and makes sure your vision comes to life . Frank was kind enough to take on a project at my home that another contractor had messed up on. Specifically a roof under my deck that was done incorrectly and water was collecting and rotting the beams and posts. Also needed a sliding patio door installed. He was very transparent on how to go about fixing everything. Communication was great from start to finish and pricing was more than reasonable. Always on time. He took pride in the work he did and kept everything clean and organized throughout the project. The best thing to come out of all of this is that I found someone I can trust now and plan to use him for any renovations in the future. I can’t say enough good things. Just wish I found him first. Mr. Smith is not only a true professional but a very nice and friendly person. He had rebuild our old (very old) wooden deck with a new composite one. All is leveled, right and nice looking. Would recommend Mr. Smith personally and his business for any work in and around your house.

From start to finish which was about 2.5 weeks Frank and Matt were nothing but pleasant and answered any questions I had and did a wonderful job rebuilding my 3rd floor bedroom from studs. A mini split system was also installed with the help of their hvac person. They were on time and it held up in traffic communicated to let me know. I would highly recommend them and will use them for any future work. Absolutely Frank!

Certified Home Renovation And Storm Repair LLC was not lying when these reviews said this construction and builder co. wasn’t false, when we couldn’t come together for a quote or time the team got us on board for a intense transformative make over for our early 1900’s-(1800’s?) house. Even cooler while flexibly permitting us to work and play during the rehab period. It is my great pleasure to award the five stars for such a honest and hardworking community leaders and company, it’s been a privilege to work together.

Very happy with my shower! Frank and Matt replaced my shower slate floor and it looks beautiful. They were professional, friendly and did beautiful work. Already asking for an estimate for more work I need done. Highly recommend…you won’t be disappointed!!

Needed to replace the house sheathing contacted Certified home renovations. Frank the owner came out to give an estimate and within 2 weeks, He got his crew out and finished the job in 2 days on 90+ temps. The work was not easy but they did an amazing job and cleaned everything up before they left all this with a great price will definitely call frank again for future projects.

Working with this company was an absolute pleasure. During the initial visit I gave Frank my total budget and he put together an itemized account of how much I could spend on each item to help guide me. Once the work started, he was always on time. He is very kind, polite and personable. His attention to detail is great. He is a perfectionist. He spent so much time measuring over and over again to get things perfect. Every time we hit a roadblock, whether it was with plumbing, walls or floors that were not straight, he took the time to figure out a solution. I did have a difficult bathroom to work with, as the walls and floors were not level. I could not be happier with the outcome!

Frank and his team did an amazing job. they worked on our garage and placed dry wall over spray foam. In addition, they even went beyond and helped us take down heavy bags that were in the way. 10/10 would recommend Frank to anyone!
